Steamboat Springs, CO-

Q. What’s your favorite run in Steamboat?
A. Heavenly Daze, with a fresh groom.

Q. How do you like to relax?
A. I usually try to get away from snowboarding, just be home and chill with my friends, skate, ride my bike and go on hikes.

Q. What’s on your warm-up playlist?
A. My playlist is constantly changing. But it has a mix of rap, alternative, classic rock and folk. I pretty much listen to anything but dubstep – don't need that ruining my brain.

Q. Who are your sponsors?
A. The North Face, U.S. Snowboard Team, Unequal Technologies, Vans, Yea Nice

Q. What trick are you looking to conquer next?
A. Just wait and see.

Q. What does a typical day of training look like for you?
A. My summer physical training is two hours at the gym in the morning, then chill all afternoon and skate or bike in the evening.

Q. If you weren’t a professional athlete, what would you want to be?
A. Photographer. I love being creative with a camera. Check out my instagram @benjifarrow.

Q. Whose autograph do you want to get in Sochi?
A. I would love to meet Jaromir Jager. I grew up watching him play hockey and have much respect for him. Hockey is the greatest team sport out there and I hope America can embrace it like we used to. The NBA gets way over-hyped.

Q. Who is the most important person in your life?
A. My father is the most important person for sure, although you can't count out my mother because she has been behind me all the way too. But my dad has put so much belief in me. He was my coach, trainer, agent and transportation until I was 17, and even today he is still pushing me to make the right decisions in order to accomplish my goals. He deserves more then I can credit him for. I also must thank Ken Gold and the entire Gold family – they are my home away from home and have been so crucial in progressing my career.

Q. If you had a superpower, what would it be?
A. Teleportation.

Q. Who is your favorite person to follow on Twitter and why?
A.  I don't follow that many people. But I follow this international airline pilot on Instagram who always posts sweet photos from his cockpit, something I never get to see when I fly. Throw him a follow @tomypilot.

Q. What’s the best bumper sticker you’ve ever read?
A. It’s one I need to get. It says, “I live where you vacation.” I am so blessed to live where I do and that’s evident by all the people who come to visit.

Q. If you could speak any language fluently, what would it be?
A. I would love to speak Swiss German. Switzerland is a country I frequent, so to be able to talk to everyone there without being the dumb American would be nice.
