Winter Storm Atlas Drops 12" of Early Snow on Steamboat

Winter Storm Atlas moved over Steamboat Springs last night, blanketing the base of the ski resort for the first time this season and dropping 12 inches of snow according to the Mountain Snow Report. Snow remains in the forecast today and tonight, and clear skies will prevail for the weekend and early next week.
